New PlayStation Plus Debuts With Fewer Titles, Additional Upgrade Charges for Discounted Subscriptions

Sony's new PlayStation Plus has debuted in select Asian markets with far fewer games than the originally teased over 700 titles. It has also been found that Sony is charging more to subscribers who bought the original PlayStation Plus service at a discounted price.
